The fruit of the Spirit is… goodness…
Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children. Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. Be merciful, even as your Father is merciful.
Walk as children of light (for the fruit of light is found in all that is good and right and true), and try to discern what is pleasing to the Lord.
When the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior.
The LORD is good to all, and his mercy is over all that he has made.
He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things?
